You don't have to be rude to others. And If you choose to tell someone they suck you should at least do it in a kinder way, and tell them kindly and directly what it is lacking.
I appreciate it when people can give me some insite on what I could improve on, but that doesn't mean I wish to be put down either.
I also don't think it's fair for you to call others immature when you, yourself are acting immature. Please all anyone is asking, is for you to stop being... flat out insensitive.

Deviantart is a community where people share art, but they can chose "critique desired" or "critique not desired" for a reason.
And if your opinion is that it "sucks" then don't look at it, and if you have nothing decent to say stay silent.
How is one supposed to improve when your comment was so vague, and then you were just cruel about it.

Alright, here is a better critique.
Try to draw that characters in other poses, especially action poses. One of my friends gave me that advice and it has helped me a lot throughout the years.
Put some expression and emotion into their faces, because at the moment they look a bit like they are all emotionless corpses. Spend some time improving other things besides lips. And besides that, no, you don't draw lips well anyway. If you look at lips, you will see they look nothing like the way you draw them, so maybe you should practice more.
As for the body, draw the whole thing or at least think of where certain appendages would be postitioned in order to draw the body better.
Another tip is to draw something that isn't animu. Stop drawing "bishounen" or whatever these things are supposed to be and draw something else for five seconds. I don't care if you go back to drawing animu, but you can learn a lot from other styles. Besides that, animu is derivative bullshit.
You are 24 years old, and yet you still draw like this and seem to believe it constitutes as talent. If you hold one of your pictures up to an actual human, you will find that they look nothing like the way you draw them, and it's not even a stylistic matter-- it's a matter of skill. Which you lack.

And who are you to say who lacks talent? I don't think you have any right what-so-ever to insult him. If you don't like his art then leave. Nobody is making you look at it so stop.

His art has indeed improved. His anatomy has gotten better, and he draws lips well.
His art may not have changed much over the span of the years but it has improved.
